Alright people, it's time to get the competitions started for 2012 and to kick things off we have something slightly different from our normal CD competitions.

Instead, our prize this time around is two spots on the guest list for Mighty Music Records' Mighty Fight Night at Pumpehuset, Copenhagen on January 14th, as well as two t-shirts with the event's logo. That is, each winner gets two free entries and two shirts, to dress up and show up with a friend.

Mighty Fight Night is a competition itself, in which three local heavy bands, Shaped Like Swans, Sort Regn and Barricade will each play sets, aiming to convince both the audience and an panel of judges, that they are the right band to win an opportunity to play at Copenhell 2012 and a mini tour of Denmark in the spring.

In addition, three more established acts will also be playing sets to give you an even more awesome night. These three are Siamese Fighting Fish, Pitchblack and Contrition.

Moreover, members of Rockfreaks.net will of course be present on the night, covering the event, so you should definitely enter for a chance to come and get your drink and your heavy on with us. Hell, even if you don't win, you should probably come anyway!

To enter this contest, send an email to contests@rockfreaks.net, make the subject "Mighty Fight Night" and include your full name and address. The contest will run until 23:59, January 10th, at which time we will randomly pick TWO lucky winners. As normal with contests such as this, our subscribers are not automatically enrolled, but if they do enter the contest, they still get two shots at winning as per usual.
