Danish metal fans residing on the island of Fyn will be delighted to know that a new metal club is opening in Odense on the 27th of April. It is called Club Sick, and will be located at Kulturmaskinen, Farvergården 7, in Odense C.

The venue has a capacity of 350, and by the looks of it a cheap bar: regular beers are going for 25 DKK a piece (or 5 for 100 DKK), while gold beer can be purchased at a modest 30 DKK a piece (or 4 for 100 DKK), and shots cost 15 DKK each.

To celebrate its opening, the club has booked Dutch death metal mob Prostitute Disfigurement for a show, with Danish bands Disintegrated and Castrensis supporting. Tickets for this are priced at 80 DKK in presale and 100 DKK on the door.
