The Ocean to release new album in April; Euro tour conf'd (incl. DK)

Posted by AP on 11/12/12

The Ocean will release a new, as-of-yet untitled album on April 29th. The album was originally intended as an instrumenal effort, but has since been re-envisioned with vocals. It will, however, be released in both versions. Speaking on the album, Robin Staps said:

"The album was originally written to be instrumental, but in the end me and Loic couldn't help but try out a few things vocalwise and we soon got pretty excited... so there will be vocals on the album; however, we want everyone to have both versions, and we are also planning to perform the album live that way - with and without vocals."
