Tim Lambesis, the vocalist of As I Lay Dying was arrested yesterday in Oceanside, CA on charges of attempting to hire a hitman to murder his wife. Turns out that hitman was an undercover cop, and his plot was foiled. You can view the official statement from the San Diego County Sheriff's Department here. No official statement from Metal Blade or his fellow band members has surfaced as of yet.
