Jamie Lenman the former frontman of the now defunct Reuben is preparing to release his debut solo album "Muscle Memory" on November 4th.

The release is shaped as a double album, where the first half will contain heavier material while the second is to be more melodic and songwriting oriented. A sample of both styles can be heard here in form of the songs "Fizzy Blood" and :
