Old Man Gloom pulled a strange yet awesome feat recently by sending out ‘false’ copies of their new album ”The Ape of God” to press, anticipating that it would then be leaked. The band has since revealed that the album is, in fact, two albums, with the eight tracks comprising the press copies compiled from both of these efforts, titled ”The Ape of God I” and ”The Ape of God II”.

Both have since been made available for streaming via Stereogum.com and TheQuietus.com, respectively, to coincide with their official release today.
