Odense-based emo/alt/pop-punk group Halcyon Hope has a new album coming out on Friday, "Onward To Fracture Town", and we've been given the chance to stream it ahead of everyone else. Check it out below for twelve tracks of a catchy, melodic mixture of Taking Back Sunday, Knapsack and Foo Fighters.
