Sigur Rós announces first European tour in a decade (incl. Denmark)

Icelandic post-rock icons Sigur Rós have announced a European tour in the autumn, which includes a stop at the Forum in the Frederiksberg enclave within Copenhagen on October 07th.


Tickets will be on sale at 10:00 a.m. this Friday, February 03rd via Billetlugen.dk, costing 450 DKK (+ fees). More information is available in the official Facebook event.

The performances, dubbed ”An Evening with Sigur Rós”, constitute the band’s first European tour in a decade, and will witness them performing material from throughout their extensive catalog, as well as fresh material that will eventually crystallise into an eighth studio album from the group.
