The Icelandic indie-folk/chamber pop group Árstíðir has been added as the opening act for Sólstafir's European tour late this year, which already includes Myrkur as the main support.

As previously reported, the trek involves a concert at Copenhagen venue Pumpehuset on December 18th, with tickets available from Ticketmaster.dk for 200 DKK. For more information, see the official Facebook event.

Árstíðir released their fourth studio album, entitled "Verloren Verleden", in collaboration with Anneke van Giersbergen last year and below, you can sample some of the music from it via the track "When I Am Laid in Earth":
