Copenhagen venue KB18 has announced its closure at the end of this month due to the construction of a new primary school at its location in the meat packing district. It is thus about to be the final call for catching more concerts in its intimate confines, one of them being next Wednesday’s gig with the San Francisco, CA-born doom/stoner metal group Acid King and the Aussie heavy blues outfit Child. The two bands are about to kick off a European tour together, the itinerary for which was revealed in our earlier news item.

This particular show will additionally feature the local doom/stoner metal mongers of Drukner as the opening act. Tickets can be sourced from Billetto.dk for 120 DKK (+ fees), while more information is available in the official Facebook event.

Acid King are still touring off the back of their 2015 album, “Middle of Nowhere, Center of Everywhere”, which you can stream in its entirety below.
