First Myspace controversy?

It hasn't been that long since Myspace was bought for $550 million by News Corporation, and the first controversies over changed policies have started to surface.

Recently, Billy Bragg pulled his music from Myspace due to the following new clause included in the Myspace terms and conditions that the artists have to accept in order to place music online:

"By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, profiles, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") on or through the Services, you hereby grant to Myspace.com a non-exclusive, fully-paid and royalty-free, worldwide licence (with the rights to sublicense through unlimited levels of sub licensees) to use, copy, modify, adapt, translate, publicly perform, publicly display, store, reproduce, transmit and distribute such content on and through the services."

This is likely to develop into a big story, despite Myspace denying their 'ownership' of music posted onto their site.
