Houston, TX-born emo legends Mineral have made a new single dubbed “Aurora” available for streaming online below, courtesy of NPR.org. It is the first recorded output from the band in 20 years, and will be released on 10” vinyl to coincide with a 56-page book featuring rare photographs, handwritten lyrics and interviews with other luminaries of the music scene. The book, entitled “One Day We Were Young”, and single aim to celebrate Mineral’s 25th Anniversary next year, and both are available for pre-order here.

In further commemoration of the Anniversary, the band will embark upon a short European tour of what will be the last shows they ever play. These pan out, as follows:
