The drone metal phenomenon Sunn O))) from Seattle, WA have shared details of their upcoming new record "Pyroclasts" that will be out on October 25th through Southern Lord. You can experience a trailer for it at the bottom of this post.

The four tracks were set to tape during the recording process for their recently released album "Life Metal" as a timed improvisation performed every day. As such, it is a kind of complementary record to that and features the following titles:

1. Frost (C)

2. Kingdoms (G)

3. Ampliphædies (E)

4. Ascension (A)

If you're in Denmark, the band will appear in Studie 2, DR Koncerthuset on October 21st with tickets priced at 300 DKK + fee. You can get your tickets here and read more details in the Facebook event as well.
