Voivod and Exciter have dropped off the MTV Headbangers Ball Tour that will hit European roads later this year, with the Passaic, NJ-resident speed / thrash metal veterans Whiplash and an as-of-yet unconfirmed other act joining the bill instead. The trek will be headlined by Vio-Lence and additionally features Artillery.

Danish fans can catch the tour live at VoxHall in Århus on December 03rd and there are still tickets available for purchase for that stop here for 295 DKK a piece. For more information, see the official Facebook event.
