Jobbstown, NJ-formed death metal unit Cognitive has set May 17th as the official release date for their new studio album “Abhorrence”. It will be issued through Metal Blade Records with the following tracks included:

Pre-orders for all formats of the record have been launched via the label’s webstore, where you can also study the artwork, while the official music video for the titular lead single is available for viewing below.

Danish fans can look forward to watching the group live at Stengade in Copenhagen on May 05th, supporting headliners Party Cannon. Tickets for the show are still available for purchase over at Billetto.dk for 140 DKK (+ fees), whilst more details can be found in the official Facebook event.
