In Flames have released the following statement:

If you think we are now all going on holiday and taking it easy you are all wrong. We are about to start pre-production/record the new album, which will be released next year at some point, hopefully around spring time. The new album will be recorded in IF Studios in Gothenburg (www.ifstudios.se).

You can follow the entire recording step by step by checking in to www.myspace.com/inflames where a video diary will be shown. A new episode will be posted each Monday.

The 1st episode will be up on September 10th so make sure to check in for that.
