Japanese melodic hardcore punk/screamo act Fact have been forced cancel their remaining US and Canadian tour dates after being involved a serious van accident yesterday the 14th April, the same day their debut album was released.

The band were headed towards their next stop on their tour after Montgomery, AL when their van hit head-on with another vehicle. The van was flipped, but thankfully everybody survived the crash. The singer Hiro sustained a concussion, drummer Eiji suffered a broken arm and tour manager John Kim was released from hospital after suspected internal injuries proved false.

The band hope to have the cancelled tour dates rescheduled if possible.
