Brand New frontman Jesse Lacey recently spoke to Rock Sound magazine about the huge online attention, and the following of the band's every move.

"Kids don’t realise that they don’t want to know about the process," he remarked. "They think they want to, but when they find out a song isn’t really called something they get angry about it. Or if they hear something and it changes then it provokes the same response. If you don’t want to know then don’t look, don't ask about it. The record will be out eventually when the makers deem it complete and decide to give it to you. If you don’t want to know about the steps it took to get there then just relax and it will come."
