Rock Shock Festival is a new three day festival that takes place in Messecenter Aars, Aars, Denmark between Februrary 12th and February 14th, which will house over 50 bands and a maximum of 7000 people.

What's special about this festival is that it's held indoors in a giant exhibition center, where one of the halls is exclusively reserved for camping. Much like Roskilde Festival, Rock Shock Festival aims to appeal to a wide range of musical tastes, as they will be booking bands from metal to electronic to indie to rock.

The first three bands announced so far reflect that ideology: Carpark North, Mercenary, and The Rumour Said Fire. New bands will be announced every Monday.

Tickets cost just 280DKK (includes camping) / 220DKK (no camping).
